SeyMeet Terms of Service Last updated: October 2025 Welcome to SeyMeet a digital platform connecting people, venues, and event professionals across Seychelles. By accessing or using SeyMeet, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the platform.

  1. Introduction These Terms govern your use of SeyMeet’s website and related services. By creating an account, browsing listings, or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using SeyMeet.

  2. What SeyMeet Does SeyMeet provides a digital marketplace where users can: • Discover and book event venues or facilities in Seychelles. • Connect directly with verified venue hosts or F&B managers. • Communicate securely through the platform to confirm details.

SeyMeet acts solely as a facilitator not as a property owner, agent, or event organizer. Any arrangements, pricing, or agreements between users are made independently of SeyMeet.

  1. User Accounts To access booking features, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions performed under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

  2. Bookings and Communication When you make a booking through SeyMeet: • You agree to provide true and complete event details. • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking summary. • Once confirmed, you may view or contact the F&B Manager or Venue Host in charge.

All communication should remain polite, professional, and where possible within the SeyMeet platform to ensure transparency and security.

  1. Payments Currently, SeyMeet does not process or handle payments directly. Any payments or deposits are managed offline between the parties. In the future, SeyMeet may introduce secure payment options; if so, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

  2. Responsibilities of Users You agree not to: • Post inaccurate, false, or misleading information. • Use the platform for unlawful, commercial, or inappropriate purposes. • Harass, spam, or misuse communication tools. • Copy, resell, or reproduce any platform content.

Venue hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, images, and availability.

  1. Liability Disclaimer SeyMeet provides its service on an 'as is' basis, without warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or damages arising from venue bookings, or for the conduct of users or hosts. However, we aim to keep the platform safe, transparent, and reliable.

  2. Intellectual Property All content on SeyMeet including text, logos, and design is owned by SeyMeet or its licensors. You may not copy or reproduce materials without written permission.

  3. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to SeyMeet if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

  4. Changes to These Terms SeyMeet may update these Terms of Service periodically. All updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
